Synergo was founded on a holistic understanding of health, in harmony with nature. At the same time, our approach is grounded in scientific insight and decades of practical experience. Our roots lie in the work of naturopath Edeltraud Mosthaf, who recognised over 30 years ago what is becoming increasingly clear today: for health, regeneration, and resilience, the body needs a balanced and high-quality supply of vital and micronutrients. Something that is often lacking in today’s lifestyle.

Even then, we were convinced that genuine health prevention requires more than treating individual symptoms. Our approach is to support the body in its natural ability to protect itself, regenerate, and remain in balance.
