Deliveries within Germany:
Single order:
For orders below € 65.00: € 4.90
For orders from € 65.00: free shipping
Subscription orders (subscription with minimum duration of 3 months): free shipping
Orders with a delivery address in Germany are being shipped with DHL.
Deliveries to Switzerland and Liechtenstein:
Single order:
For orders below CHF 75.00: CHF 7.00
For orders from CHF 75.00: free shipping
Subscription orders (subscription with minimum duration of 3 months): free shipping
Orders with a delivery address in Switzerland or in Liechtenstein are being shipped with Swiss Post.
Deliveries abroad:
Single order:
For orders below € 130.00: € 7.00
For orders from € 130.00: free shipping
Subscription orders (subscription with minimum duration of 3 months): free shipping
Orders with a delivery address abroad (except Germany/Switzerland/Liechtenstein) are being shipped with Deutsche Post or DHL.
Delivery times
Unless otherwise specified in the quote, delivery of goods within Germany takes 1-3 days, deliveries to Switzerland 2-4 days, deliveries to other countries abroad 2-5 days from receipt of payment.
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
In case of pick-up (self-collection), we will inform you by email once the product is ready, along with the collection options. In this case, dispatch costs will not be charged.
